Advertisers and users are solely responsible for ensuring that any advertising content, text, images, graphics, or video ("Content") uploaded to UnionMart.LK complies with all applicable laws in Sri Lanka. UnionMart.LK (operated by UPM Pvt Ltd) assumes no responsibility for any illegality, inaccuracy, or misuse of the Content.

By submitting Content, advertisers and users guarantee that their Content does not violate any copyright, intellectual property rights, or other rights of any person or entity, and agree to release UnionMart.LK and UPM Pvt Ltd from all obligations, liabilities, and claims arising from use of the service.

Advertisers further agree that their Content may be displayed on UnionMart.LK partner sites under the same terms and conditions.

Copyright

By posting Content, advertisers grant UnionMart.LK and UPM Pvt Ltd a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, or incorporate such Content into any medium or technology, whether now known or developed in the future.

All material on UnionMart.LK (including Content, designs, software, and services) is the property of UPM Pvt Ltd, its subsidiaries, affiliates, or third-party licensors. Intellectual property rights such as copyrights, trademarks, trade names, and service marks belong to their respective owners. No material on this site may be copied, republished, transmitted, or distributed without prior written permission.

Watermarks

All images uploaded to UnionMart.LK may be watermarked to prevent unauthorized use without the advertiser’s consent.

Safety and Images

UnionMart.LK and UPM Pvt Ltd reserve the right to:

  • Edit Content titles for clarity and editorial purposes.

  • Reject or remove images that are irrelevant, misleading, or violate UnionMart.LK rules.

Personal Information

UnionMart.LK reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities in cases where Content violates the law. Advertiser or user identity may be disclosed through ISP cooperation, and IP addresses may be stored to ensure compliance.
